RentalKong was created because rental businesses deserve software that works the way they do . not a generic CRM with rental terminology bolted on. Our team has spent years working with party rental companies, equipment rental yards, tent installers, and A/V production houses across Chicagoland and beyond. We've seen the spreadsheet workarounds, the double-booked inventory, and the 6 AM phone calls asking 'which truck has the dance floor.' We built RentalKong to end all of that.

The name comes from the idea that managing a rental business should feel less like wrestling a spreadsheet and more like having a capable partner who handles the details.
