- Are there per-user or per-item fees?
- No. Both plans include unlimited inventory items and unlimited staff profiles. The price you see is the price you pay . no per-seat surprises, no per-SKU charges.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No setup fees. Your subscription includes onboarding assistance . we help you import your inventory and configure your account at no extra cost.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade from Basic to Premium at any time. The price difference is prorated for your current billing period.
Features & Capabilities
- Does RentalKong handle damage waivers?
- Yes. You set your damage-waiver percentage once and it's calculated automatically on every quote and contract. No manual math, no forgotten line items.
- Can my drivers use the app on their own phones?
- Yes. The driver app is a progressive web app that runs on any smartphone or tablet . iPhone, Android, or company devices. No app store install required.
- Does RentalKong integrate with accounting software?
- Currently, RentalKong includes built-in payment tracking, revenue reporting, and invoice management. Direct accounting integrations are on the roadmap . contact us to discuss your specific needs.
- Can I import my existing inventory?
- Yes. You can bulk-import your inventory from a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel). We'll help you map your existing categories, pricing, and item details to RentalKong's catalog structure.
- Does it handle multi-location and multi-warehouse businesses?

- Can I give different access levels to different team members?

- RentalKong runs on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. Your data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with regular automated backups.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes. You can export your inventory, contracts, and reports to CSV or PDF at any time. Your data is yours . no vendor lock-in.
- Is my customer data secure?
- Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Supabase's Row-Level Security to ensure tenant isolation . no customer of one rental business can ever see the data of another.
